Opportunities
SMart Socials are friendly events where you can meet other arts practitioners, facilitators and events organisers from the local area. They are designed as opportunities for you to meet, share experiences and build networks with others.
At each SMart Social we will invite an inspiring speaker or an inspiring arts practitioner from the local community to speak about their practice and experiences. There will be time for Q&A and informal networking afterwards.
SMart events will be hosted at local venues and wherever possible they will be free to attend.
Our aim is for the SMart website to become a useful go-to repository for a range of information and resources for arts practitioners, such as links to funding bodies, training opportunities and practical information about local venues via the Shepton Mallet Town Council website.
